Die Cutting

A die is a specialised tool used in manufacturing industries to cut, shape and form a wide variety of products and components.

Like moulds and templates, dies are generally customised and uniquely matched to the product they are used to create. Think of any shape imaginable; we can cut it out for you.

Whether you require die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, perforating, embossing or all of the above, our Bobst flatbed cutting and creasing machines offer you an all-encompassing service.

Working at a maximum speed of 7,500 sheets per hour, it performs on-line stripping with a minimum sheet size of 350mm x 500mm right up to 720mm x 1020mm.

Capable of running material from 70gsm to 2000 Micron, its high-speed paper devices allow a more efficient running of thinner material and comes with a tabbing system for a totally accurate counting of sheets.
