Richard has over 20 years experience working as a production/plant services engineer in various manufacturing industries

In his role at alpha, Richard is responsible for the building, plant and services as well as Health and Safety and keeping ISO systems up to date.

Darren joined alpha in 2007 after previously working for other print companies in and around Bradford.

In his role as Customer Services Manager, Darren manages the customer service team and looks after key accounts.

Richard has worked for high profile companies in the print industry in a variety of roles since 1992, starting as a stitching operator and going on to become Shift Leader, in charge of the factory as a whole.

He started at alpha in March 2009 as a Quality Assurance Team Leader and was quickly promoted to Bindery Manager. He looks after all the finishing machines and staff in the factory, being responsible for the quality of the products from the machines and ensuring that the staff are working to plan.

Nik has been working in the print industry since 1994, starting out as a Production Controller and going on to become Customer Service Executive, Key Account Manager, Customer Service Director then Resource Planning Director.

He joined alpha in October 2010, taking up the position of Operations Manager in which he ensures the smooth running of the shop floor processes and systems.

Leo started as a finishing apprentice in the print industry in 1984 and has since worked in finishing, sheet fed litho, web, direct mail and MIS related industries for many leading UK companies.

His previous roles have encompassed working on the shop floor, in estimating, customer service, factory management and production. Leo’s role at alpha is Estimating & Systems Development Manager.

Kevin's working background is in Transport, Logistics and Warehousing in a variety of industries including the print industry.

In his role as Logistics Manager at alpha, Kevin organises goods-in and out as efficiently as possible, as well as overseeing warehouse management.
